Terms and Conditions of Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises
Before you can join, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By joining this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises at any time. Changes are effective without notice upon each Subscriber.

NOTICE:
The sharing of your UserID and Password is strictly prohibited. We have software in place to combat this. If you are caught sharing your UserID and Password, you will receive a warning. If you continue to share, your UserID and Password WILL be terminated. Auto or bulk downloading is not allowed in any form. The use of ANY type of auto downloaders will result in the same actions as discribed above. Your card will continue to be billed until you cancel your membership. Christina Captured is to large of a site to download in one day or one week. Bulk downloading is not permitted in any for. If you bulk download your account may be suspended. If this happens you need to email us at cc@christinacaptured.com Because of people trying to bulk download a (1 gig) per day download limit is in place. If you exceed this limit your account will be placed on hold for 24 hours from the time you exceeded the 1 gig limit. After 24 hours you will be able to access the site again.

1. Legal definitions
Hearby, the term "Member" or "Membership", as referred to in this document shall mean -The Subscriber or User of a valid username and password (User Id) for the Site during the term of membership.
Hearby, the term "Site", as referred to in this document shall mean - The site which you are purchasing a username and password (UserID) from Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises in order to access membership areas and its materials and benefits of membership.
Hearby ,the term "Subscriber", as referred to in this document shall mean - The End-user, Consumer, of the services of the Site and holder of a valid username and password (UserID) for the Site.
Hearby , the term "UserId", as referred to in this document shall mean - The combination of unique username and password that is sold by Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises and used to access the Site. A UserID is a license to use the Site for a period of time which is specified.
Hearby , the term "Bookmarking", as referred to in is document shall mean - The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the Subscribers' browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.

2. Description of services
Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises will provide one user id to access the membership portion of the site and its contents for which you are purchasing membership. If you are not of age to view nudity in your area (18 in most areas of the United States), you should not sign up for access to Christinacaptured.com This site meets all US Code 2257 requirements/18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notices. All records required to be maintained are available upon request, via the Custodian of Records (address below).

While taking advantage of the services offered, it should be noted that the use of profanity and/or demeaning text or tones towards Christina, or any other user of the service will NOT be tolerated. We are enacting a zero-tolerance rule on this, and reserve the right to kick, or kick and ban you from the chat area without prior warning being given. We also reserve the right to disable your account, and if necessary delete your membership altogether. The posting of webcam images (captured or archived) is strictly prohibited. Archived webcam images will be available for one month from the posted date.

3. Billing
"Ccbill.com," will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made. By joining, you agree that you are the rightful cardholder of the credit card being used, or you have permission of the rightful cardholder.

4. Payment/Fee
Sites will have periodic subscription fees that are defined by the terms of the site at the time of the initial enrollment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site, and subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. AUTOMATIC Recurring Billing
As determined by the Webmaster of the site, subscription fees are to be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the Subscriber seven (7) days prior to renewal. Membership is on a monthly basis, and your card will continue to be charged once per month until you cancel. In the event that a credit card is declined, Subscriber hereby authorizes Bps Interprises to continue billing attempts until subscription funds are obtained, regardless of card declination date (at current posted or discounted rates). Billing information will remain on file unless A). Cardholder has requested a membership be cancelled and expired accounts have been purged. At no time may Bps Interprises raise a subscription price on an existing membership without prior consent from customer.

6. Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the Service may be terminated by Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Should you choose to cancel your membership, please contact consumersupport@ccbill.com stating you would like to cancel, including your username, password, email address used when signing up, and your first and last name used when signing up for the service. Failure to include the above-requested information will yield an unsuccessful result in membership cancellation, and the Webmaster of this site will wait for you to provide the above-required information.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are ONLY issued if there is a billing error (such as a double-billing occurance). If your card was used without your permission, please contact your credit card company for a credit - one will NOT be issued by Ice Bps Interprises. Should a refund be issued by Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises, all refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card. NO refunds are issued for private streaming webcam sessions.

8. Bookmarking
Subscriber agrees that at any time they will not bookmark any page to the site that will allow the subscriber to bypass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that subscriber is of legal age of majority in their state, country or region.

9. Transfer of User Id
Access to the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (UserId). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their UserId to any other person, and are required to keep his or her UserId strictly confidential. Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the Webmaster of the site may track through the use of special software each subscriber's entry to the site.
10. If any breach of security, theft or loss of UserId, or unauthorized disclosure of UserId occurs, subscriber must immediately notify Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until Christinacaptured.com / Bps Interprises. or the Site is notified of the security breach by email.
